WE ARE BACK MONTHLY IN LEEDS FROM SEPT 26TH!
I run monthly groups in Leeds (UK) as part of the T4GM network, on a Sunday afternoon 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. The venue is in the city centre, 10 mins walk from the railway station .
Sessions are for gay and bi men to explore different aspects of tantra. You don’t need to have done Tantra before to join us. Minimum of 6 and maximum of 20 attendees.
It is a safe space for men to explore CONNECTION, SENSUALITY AND SEXUALITY.
Love, kindness, compassion and support for each other are the basics. We then add focused practices involving breathing, touch, energy and plenty of opportunities to interact with the group.
Each afternoon may explore a different aspect of Tantra. They often will involve some form of meditation , undressing rituals and exchange of touch and exploring of sexual energy.
We encourage you to be playful and to explore ways of interacting with others with fun, consciousness, consent and often slowing down and being fully sensually present.
It is not a space for fucking but if you connect with somebody in the room, you can always meet afterwards.
